On the 9th July 2008, BT announced the acquisition of Ufindus Ltd, one of the UK's leading online business directories by traffic. Following the acquisition, for an enterprise value of £20 million in cash, Ufindus will play an important role in the continuing growth of BT Directories' new media business.
